These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and eb7777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the eb7777 website, mobile platform, sportsbook, casino, and all associated services available at eb7777.app.

All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any outstanding balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or betting activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. eb7777 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied and are encouraged to log in to reactivate their account.

• Charge back or reverse any deposit transaction without first resolving the matter with eb7777's support team. Unjustified chargebacks constitute fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
• Exploit any software error, pricing error, or technical fault in the platform. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a known or obvious error are void and will be reclaimed.

6.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your eb7777 account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify eb7777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. eb7777 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has been negligent in protecting their login credentials.

6.3 Responsible Gaming Obligations

Where an account is closed by eb7777 due to a breach, outstanding balances may be held pending investigation and, if the breach is confirmed, may be forfeited in part or in full.

7.3 Reactivation

Players who have voluntarily closed their account (other than through permanent self-exclusion) may request reactivation by contacting support. Reactivation is subject to re-verification of identity and eligibility. eb7777 reserves the right to decline reactivation requests at its discretion.

eb7777 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain a reliable, secure, and fair service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect service availability.

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eb7777 and its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform — including, without limitation, losses arising from betting decisions, technical failures, or account access issues not caused by eb7777's wilful misconduct.

In all cases, eb7777's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

8.2 Bet Settlement & Errors

eb7777 reserves the right to void any bet or correct any settlement that was made in error, including errors arising from obvious pricing mistakes, data feed failures, or technical faults. Players will be notified of any material settlement corrections. Where a void bet has already been used to generate subsequent winnings, those winnings may also be adjusted accordingly.

8.3 Disputes

If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly, or if you have any dispute regarding your account or transactions, you must submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. eb7777's customer support team will aim to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

8.4 Governing Terms

These Terms represent the complete and entire agreement between you and eb7777 in relation to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
